I live in a NYC condo and pay fees that cover water, sewer, garbage removal, and other services, including snow plowing.
I’m writing to inform our readers that my vehicle has not only been stuck in our private parking lot for days and hasn't been able to move. Now I have a previously scheduled doctors appointment that will have to be moved until next month.
The management company supervisor was here yesterday, but didn't resolve the problem. He works for #HSC Management.

As you can tell, HSC is not listed among the Best Management Companies; in fact, their Yelp ratings show the opposite. Every time I try to find the supervisor, he’s at a local early bird happy hour, drinking alone at the bar.
This is not the first time it has happened when I have to use my car for a previously scheduled appointment, but I hope it is the last.
Not only are we experiencing a deep freeze, we’re expecting more snow, high winds and below zero temperatures this weekend
