I spoke with a veteran, a neighbor of mine, and a registered voter who says the 91 felony charges against the former guy are total BS.
His defense of the twice impeached and more times indicted criminal defendant is to allow #WeThePeople to decide at the ballot box and not a jury of his peers. However, he fails to acknowledge that voters already decided and AgentOrange and his #MAGA Republicans refuse to accept the results of the last democratic election. This is one of the reasons they’re in the mess they find themselves in.

As these Constitutional lawyers state, the 14th Amendment is self-actuating and prohibits the former guy from running or serving as President. It may also apply to Members of Congress and SCOTUS from continuing to serve.
