Late Night Laughs

Submitted by ub on

US late-night television hosts make jokes about the Grammys, Republican Sarah Palin's endorsement, secret weapons, and more.

With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily is a tremendous resource for America's surmounting problems, enhancing our relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health. Best of all, this priceless medicine is fun, free, and easy to make us smile.

Laughter is good for our health, relaxes the whole body, boosts the immune system, triggers the release of endorphins, protects the heart, burns calories, lightens anger’s heavy load, and may even help us to live longer.

A study in Norway found that people with a strong sense of humor outlived those who don’t laugh as much.

Most of the comics dedicated a great deal of TV time during last night's monologue to a series of current events and news developments.
