A dispute has emerged over what Iran actually agreed to in Switzerland. The justices are racing toward a contentious end of term. The court has already split along ideological 6-3 lines seven times this year, one more than all of last term, before reaching its biggest pending cases on presidential power and transgender athletes. Still to come this week: rulings on Trump's bid to end birthright citizenship and his attempt to fire Fed Governor Lisa Cook. A federal appeals court has revived the Trump administration's nationwide expedited-removal policy, reopening the door to fast-track deportations of eligible undocumented immigrants. Wall Street is digesting an AI-driven tech selloff.
