Nightmare Before Christmas

A courthouse ruling for Dominion Voting Systems is now a Christmas victory and another key step of their lawsuit against #FoxNews.

Dominion Voting Systems Corporation sells electronic hardware and software, including voting machines and tabulators, in North America. The company's headquarters are in Ontario, Canada, and Colorado, USA.

A Delaware judge declined to toss out a $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit against Fox News filed by Dominion Voting Systems, which claims that the network “sold a false story of election fraud” in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential race.

The ruling on Fox News’ motion to dismiss means that Dominion’s litigation can proceed. https://deadline.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/Civil-Opinion-N21C-03-2…

Conspiracy theories and false claims targeting Dominion, a company supplying voting systems in 28 states, were also promoted on One America News Network and Newsmax, conservative television networks that are also accused of spreading misinformation in lawsuits filed by the company.

Fox Television Network lost its bid to dismiss Dominion’s $1.8 billion defamation lawsuit over election lies. Hosts Laura Ingraham, Brian Kilmeade, and Sean Hannity knew the January 6 Republican Riot was Trump’s violent coup attempt but went on TV the same night blaming it on Antifa.

Here’s a holiday treat. Enjoy a clip of the major motion picture below.
