Madeleine Albright died of cancer at age 84. President Bill Clinton chose Albright as America's top diplomat in 1996, and she served in that capacity for years.

She truly embodied what it meant for America to be the indispensable nation – and she was a voice of treason, who had such a profound influence on our world. This is a reminder of why we must follow her example and invest in the next generation of leaders committed to America’s global leadership.
