New Jersey’s senior Senator has been indicted again and this second time does not look good for him this time around.

He called a news conference where he refused to take questions from the press or the public. Meanwhile, Menendez brushed off calls to resign from the US Senate after his second indictment.

This federal indictment alleges that the senator from New Jersey and his wife exerted his political influence in exchange for cash and gifts totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars

Now on a personal note, I remember when this guy was Mayor of Union City and he tried to bully me into turning over video out-takes from a news interview we had done. I told him no and he was not satisfied with my decision. Too bad TOCAYO.
