After a 24-hour delay that fueled rampant speculation that a settlement was in the works, the $1.6 billion lawsuit against Fox by Dominion Voting Systems is now underway in a Wilmington, Delaware, courtroom.
A settlement was reached at the eleventh hour as the trial was about to begin, which would involve several issues, but the biggest could be what Dominion settled following an offer from Rupert and his posse.

The voting company had sued Fox for $1.6 billion over false election claims.
- The jury consisted of 12 New Castle County, Delaware residents, and 12 alternates. The trial judge reportedly wanted a large number of backup jurors in case members of the panel become sick.
- The jury was selected but unfortunately, they never heard opening arguments.
