With the midterm outlook darkening for Republicans, the central question has shifted from the House to the Senate. Can the GOP, which currently has a three-seat majority, hold on to the upper chamber? Here’s my ranking of the seats that are most likely to change hands. There ma be some 10 seats are most likely to flip.
