US TOURISM WARNINGS

Proceed with caution: Most will be shocked to know these countries just issued USA travel advisories.

Surprising travel advisories are shaking up 2025. Here’s what you need to know before booking your next international trip and which nations are warning it’s citizens about USA  travel. The list is short but growing.

Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, France, Denmark, United Kingdom and Finland.
The U.S. tourism industry is beginning to feel the impact of these advisories. According to the World Travel & Tourism Council, foreign visitors added around $181 billion to the American economy last year. That number is projected to drop by $12.5 billion in 2025 due to declining international travel, driven in part by safety concerns and policy changes. The loss is expected to hit local businesses, jobs, and cities that rely heavily on tourism. Fasten your seatbelts because many are going to feel the change in the trade-winds.

Officials note that the U.S.’s image abroad has significantly shifted. Increased iCE raids and immigration enforcement, high-profile political protests, and continued mass shootings have considerably contributed to this travel hesitancy.

As world travelers look elsewhere, domestic airlines are already seeing dips in demand, with some experts predicting lower fares and more empty seats for the foreseeable future.
