As part of this year’s Bronx Week celebrations, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. and the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation will host a Business Day Breakfast on Tuesday, May 14, at 8 a.m. at the Anheuser-Busch Distribution Center, 550 Food Center Drive, in Hunts Point.
The event will feature author Jean Chatzky as its guest speaker. Ms. Chatzky, Financial Editor of NBC’s Today Show and host of “Money Matters with Jean Chatzky” on RLTV, will be sharing her experiences and giving advice to Bronx entrepreneurs during her remarks, titled “Your Money, Your Business, Your Life.”
The bestselling author and long-time magazine columnist, has provided financial literacy and simplified money matters for many years. Ms. Chatzky will stress at the breakfast meeting the need for Bronx business men and women to insure that their personal finances are in order so that they are better prepared to focus on their businesses.

Additionally, Borough President Diaz will present a proclamation to Anheuser-Busch to commemorate the company for converting 50 percent of their Bronx truck fleet to compressed natural gas. The company has a long history of green development in the borough, as Anheuser-Busch’s new facility in Hunt’s Point is a Silver LEED Certified Plant, the first in that industrial area.
