The coldest November temperatures since 1976 with 6 feet of snow. The frigid temperatures are also drastically lower for this time of year. On Tuesday morning, the national average was 19.4 degrees F

I fact, every 50 state has freezing temperatures, according to NOAA. Tuesday brought the coldest November morning since 1976. Temperatures in recent days have fallen 10 degrees C (about 18 degrees F.) below normal.

Scientists and Professional forecasters warn of deviating from what is usual, normal, or expected : irregular, more unusual than this past January, when as you may recall the polar vortex brought US frigid temperatures.
