Cardinal Dolan will celebrate the Chrism Mass at St. Patrick’s Cathedral (5th Avenue and 51st Street) at 4:00 pm. During the Chrism Mass the archbishop is joined by priests of the archdiocese and blesses the holy oils which are used in the administration of the sacraments throughout the archdiocese for the year.

Food Pantry Visit
Cardinal Dolan will visit the Washington Heights Ecumenical Food Pantry (4111 Broadway and 173rd St), a Catholic Charities food program that serves the Washington Heights community, at 10:00 am.
Mass of the Lord’s Supper
Cardinal Dolan will celebrate Holy Thursday Mass at 5:30 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
Friday, March 25: Good Friday
Morning: Way of the Cross Over Brooklyn Bridge
Cardinal Dolan will take part in the Way of the Cross, which emulates Christ’s walk to Calvary, beginning at 10:00 am. The procession starts from St. James Cathedral-Basilica (250 Cathedral Place at the corner of Jay & Tillary Streets).
12 Noon: Meditations on the Seven Last Words of Christ
Fr. Raymond J. de Souza, a priest for the Archdiocese of Kingston, Ontario, an author, and chaplain at Newman House at Queen’s University in Canada, will deliver a meditation at St. Patrick’s Cathedral on the Seven Last Words that Christ said before his death on the Cross at 12:00 pm. Cardinal Dolan will preside.
Afternoon: Solemn Liturgy of the Lord’s Passion and Death
Cardinal Dolan will celebrate the Liturgy of the Lord’s Passion and Death at 3:30 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
Saturday, March 26: Holy Saturday
Morning: Blessing of Food
Cardinal Dolan will attend the traditional blessing of the food for Easter Sunday breakfast at St. Stanislaus parish in Manhattan (101 E 7th St) at 10:00 a.m.
Evening: Easter Vigil Mass
Cardinal Dolan will celebrate the Easter Vigil Mass at 8:00 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
Sunday, March 27: Easter Sunday
Cardinal Dolan will celebrate Easter Sunday Mass at 10:15 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
