IMMIGRATION EMERGENCY

The Obama administration seeks billions in additional funding to handle the the immigration emergency. Children continue to cross the borer and not all of them survive in 100 degree heat.

For supporters of immigration, it’s a difficult moment to be optimistic. The White House has declared the legislative effort for immigration reform dead, while looking for more than $3 billion to throw at border control.

Congress is now beginning to confront the full dimensions of this human crisis, and their sworn responsibility to act, with midterm elections just around the corner. It all comes with comprehensive immigration legislation dead in Congress for the year and Obama preparing to take steps by his executive authority to change the nation's faulty immigration system where he can plans which could possibly become even more complicated by the border crisis.

President Barack Obama's actions are not following his words on immigration reform. While many conservatives warn that the sky is falling, and say Obama is not acting like president.
