Indianapolis, the site of the next Superbowl XLVI is hosting both teams now as the NY Giants have finally arrived there for the greatest show in USA this coming Sunday.
Meanwhile, New England Patriots’ star QB has appeared on the cover of the Jan. 25 issue of Sports Illustrated, hitting the streets today. This is not his first time, Tom Brady has been on about 15 covers of Sports Illustrated, but if you’re the superstitious type, this poor timing couldn't have come at a worse moment.
Back in 2008, Tom Brady appeared in the preview cover, then injured his left knee right after the season began. TB may just be the latest victim of the famous Sports Illustrated cover jinx, this hex has done in Nomar Garciaparra in 2011, who broke his wrist after appearing on the cover, the Yankees’ Core Four three of whom got injured after a 2010 cover, and Aaron Rodgers, who earned the Jan. 8 cover this year, then lost his next game to those feisty Giants in the playoffs.
