Notification issued 10/28/12. Due to the impending storm, the following regional transit service disruptions will take effect until further notice: the Staten Island Ferry service will be suspended. Some NY Waterway routes will be disrupted; East River Ferry service is suspended through tomorrow, 10/29 (http://www.nywaterway.com). NJ Transit has implemented a gradual system-wide shutdown of all bus, rail, light rail and Access Link service starting at 4 PM today (http://www.njtransit.com). All PATH train service and stations shut down at 12:01 AM Monday, 10/29 (http://www.panynj.gov/path). Amtrak will cancel Northeast Corridor service north of NYC starting at 7 PM tonight, and nearly all service on the eastern seaboard on Monday, 10/29, including Acela Express, Northeast Regional, Keystone and Shuttle trains (http://www.amtrak.com).
