The Picture House offers film education classes for all ages, from 1-100 years old. We have an exciting slate planned for June with classes in acting, directing, screenwriting and animation. We've also started reserving spots for our intensive week-long Summer Movie Making Camp in July, so act fast.

THE COMPANY
Grades 3-12
The Picture House's innovative, process-driven approach provides training in film acting, screenwriting, and directing. Our instructors, with years of experience as film educators and artists, make The Company a home for young artists who are passionate about the creative process.
SUMMER MOVIE MAKING CAMP (Grades 3 – 5)

THE LITTLE COMPANY
15 Months-Grade 2
Our youngest artists explore characters, costumes, and creative play with Picture House teaching artists. Students will discover acting and storytelling by creating their own storyboards and bringing their stories and existing stories to life!

Adult Education at The Picture House provides engaging and meaningful learning opportunities for those who want to develop their skills, try something new, or gain a deeper appreciation for film as an art form.
THE EVENING FILM CLUB
Grades 9-12
The Evening Film Club, our 10-month film-making workshop produced in partnership with the Matthew S. Hisiger Film Foundation, is for high school students. Students learn from and work with industry professionals to conceive, write, direct, and edit an original short film.
