RIP Larry King

He was a native New Yorker, but his career took off in Miami at WIOD the Wonderful Isle Of Dreams. I met Larry during my early Miami Radio days. Although some say that talk is cheap, I say he was the most expensive.

The broadcasting legend has died at the age of 87. Over his 65 years as a media hound, King reportedly earned many prestigious awards and successfully conducted countless memorable interviews.

Many in the media are saddened by the passing of Larry King and offer their deepest condolences to his family and friends. King once asked Richard Nixon a great question "When you drive by the Watergate, do you feel weird?”

It is not often that Jerry Seinfeld is left speechless, but the comic was at a loss for words for a brief moment during a 2007 interview with Larry King http://thr.cm/gc1pddt

Among Larry King's most memorable moments was a 1994 conversation with Marlon Brando, who was notorious for giving very few interviews http://thr.cm/NbPJ2Dn

He interviewed everybody from presidents to pop culture legends and always did it with style. So long, Larry King. RIP → https://yt.be/gQbpX

In Esquire's January 2002 issue, the iconic talk-show reflected on being broke, his famous wardrobe, religion, and death. http://esqr.co/eiQexUf #RIP
