During these last days of winter and since it's St. Patrick's Day Weekend, City Island Images decided to visit this local favorite. The Snug almost never gets really busy or crowded, but tonight was a special night. The music was superb and the drinks were always strong and reasonably priced, which is they way it should be! And like most Fridays a local musician plays and tonight, the most famous City Island recording artist owned this crowd, while providing excellent music and delightful entertainment. Pepe sang an eclectic mix of songs from Dean Martin to Credence Clearwater Revival favorites.
The Snug has a fabulous atmosphere, good eats at reasonable prices. Although the bar has a few color monitors showing local sports, tonight all eyes and ears were focused on Pepe and his son, who were pleasing the crowd with American favorites.
