Spring Forward

Submitted by ub on

As my friend and neighbor likes to say, we'll get plenty of sleep when we die. So if you do not get enough sleep, get ready to lose an hour early Sunday when daylight-saving time arrives. At 2 AM (except in parts of Arizona)

Clocks will spring forward an hour, so it will suddenly be 3 AM. Remember that not all clocks jump ahead automatically, so get ready for a morning tour around the house and in your car to push those numbers forward.

This means that one hour of daylight is switched from morning until evening, so if you have an early shift and have become accustomed in recent weeks to going to work in the light, you’ll probably be back in the dark.
If you personally prefer Standard Time, remember it will return on November 6, 2016.

Your neighbor sounds like a hoot. My neighbor is an ardent Holocaust denier and overweight nudist.
