Violence has once again erupted in Homs, Syria, only one day after armed forces loyal to President Bashar Assad attacked residential buildings with mortars and machine-gun fire, killing at least 30 people including a family of women and children, according to published reports.
Meanwhile, Western draft proposal on Syria being discussed at The United Nations Security Council contains instructions that in case of non-fulfilment of the resolution within 15 days additional measures will be considered.
