We The People - The Power of We: A Sesame Street Special! Designed as a co-viewing experience for children and families, The Power of We addresses racism and models how children can stand up to it. 

The Power of We will be available on HBO Max and PBS Kids starting Thursday, October 15. Please check your local listings. Watch with your family to learn how you can become upstanders against racism. Children look to their families with love and trust to guide their understanding of their place in this great big world.

The Power of We: A Sesame Street Special features Elmo and Abby Cadabby, who are joined by 6-year-old Muppet Gabrielle and her cousin, 8-year-old Tamir. Come along with these friends as they learn how to become “upstanders” to unfair treatment based on skin or fur color.

‘Sesame Street’ streams a special called “The Power of We” to urge children who encounter racism or hear someone else be the victim of it to call it out.

Elmo and Abby Cadabby will be joined by their friends Gabrielle and Tamir, plus special guests Yara Shahidi, Christopher Jackson, Andra Day. Watch Thursday, October 15 on HBO MAX and PBS KIDS. #ComingTogether
