I remember when Democrats worked with Republicans for the greater good of our nation's agenda. Now they hate each other, with venom and who suffers? US

Does anyone know why Congress has fallen to an all time low, with a single digit approval rating?

It's not because it continues to fail in approving their agenda. That's not it. The US public sees our dysfunctional Congress, which appears to act more like an animal house divided than a house of representatives for The United States of America.

US House members have been acting strange for years, but lately, its gotten out of hand and no one seems to do anything about it. So far instead of doing the jobs they were elected to perform we've seen a lawmaker sending shirtless photos on social media during a legislative retreat, another one threatened to hurt a journalist and went to prison, then one of the so called rising stars decided to decorate his office in the style of a TV show, and wound up resigning from office after allegedly padding his expense account. Then to add insult to injury, The US House Speaker suddenly quit and there are no experienced candidates who have have yet volunteered for this key legislative position.

As the House attempts to pick up the pieces, our nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all reaches a borrowing limit within a month. These words describe in detail how the middle class could have created a planned economy with political, social and economic equality for all.

However, if US Congress fails to act, we'll default for the first time ever on a $18 trillion dollar debt. Then one month later, the federal government shuts down, unless Republicans make a deal with Democrats.

Thirty-one words which affirm the values and freedom that the American flag represents are recited while facing the flag as a pledge of Americans’ loyalty to their country. The Pledge of Allegiance was written for the 400th anniversary, in 1892, of the discovery of America. A national committee of educators and civic leaders planned a public-school celebration of Columbus Day to center
around the flag. Included with the script for ceremonies that would culminate in raising of the flag was the pledge. So it was in October 1892 Columbus Day programs that school children across the country first recited the Pledge of Allegiance this way:

I pledge allegiance to my Flag and to the Republic for which it stands: one Nation indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.

Happy Holidaze, and to all a good night!!!
