Yes or No For Kavanaugh?

Submitted by ub on

How will Americans determine who sits in the hotter seat- President Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh or Senate Democrats from conservative states?

The Supreme Court needs to be all about truth and justice for all, not for one or just a few. If most agree on this, then why go for Kavanaugh?

Why would Kavanaugh make the following statement without providing proof? "No president has ever consulted more widely or talked to more people from more backgrounds to seek input for a Supreme Court nomination."

If Kavanaugh bolsters the conservative majority, the government’s ability to protect citizens’ rights—such as under non-discrimination laws, reproductive rights, or in labor, and employment—is very much at risk. https://www.thenation.com/article/will-brett-kavanaugh-pass-religious-r…

Brett Kavanaugh is likely to be a reliable conservative jurist who could weaken abortion rights, beef up support on the court for capital punishment and clamp down on the power of regulatory agencies, @shermancourt writes. http://apne.ws/nUlFofi
