Heavy lake effect snow will continue downwind of the Great Lakes. Multiple bands of intense snow storms may produce low visibility areas, blowing snow, and thus hazardous travel conditions from the eastern Great Lakes through the interior Northeast tonight into Sunday. The next round of rain and heavy mountain snow is expected to impact the West Coast Sunday into early Monday.
