A SIDE HUSTLE

Submitted by ub on

Hobbies are essential. profitable ones are better yet. How did ‘Imagine That’ turn hobby into a side hustle on City Island?

Business owner Denise Fisher moved from Manhattan with her husband and purchased a house on City Island - A Slice of NYC Paradise. This amazing center is located at 280 City Island Avenue on the corner of Hawkins Street.

Fisher is bolstered by Yirong Chen-Soto and other talented artists who have joined forces to turn Imagine That into a an artistic hub that not only sells but teaches others how to develop their individual talents into pleasant pastimes and possibly side hustles.

A hobby brings joy and can increase income and it is also very fulfilling. There’s nothing like finding a community of other creators and artists so you can share your skills and ideas.

You can find other folks who enjoy the similar hobbies anywhere. You can join a million virtual or in-person groups to interact with a community of fellow creators. From crocheting to cross-stitching your favorite sayings, to designing furniture. Imagine that by sharing your talents or learning new ones you can make new connections.

Whether you decide to turn a  hobby into your side hustle, investing time in something that brings us joy is always the right decision.

And so it goes.
