BEE CAREFUL REALTY

Submitted by ub on

Before purchasing a home, we must make sure to have the most experienced and ethical realtor on our side and working only for us.

As I search for another home, so our space can be repaired, I have learned one thing… The company we chose to help us find our new place is crucial and if not careful, we will regret it for the duration of our lifetime.

Real estate agents and brokers can make or break our purchase. This means they should know a thing or two about whether we should get our offer in ASAP or run for the hills. Some will be honest, but others will trick you in believing the property is a great deal, when it is not. I own a Condo on City Island - A Slice of NYC Paradise. However this condo has mold and our building has seen more than it’s normal amount if deaths over the past decade.

Our home is the biggest investment in our lifetime. I hope and pray that Haim and Josh see the light and do the right thing.

it is easy to be a bad manager, condo board member, or realtor and wonderful to be a delightful one.
I know, I have purchased houses in the southeast, the west coast and the northeast, but the only purchase I regret was thus condo. Management companies and condo boards are usually run by inept idiots who have limited management expertise, or are in it for the money and themselves.

Knowing subtle red flags is primordial when buying a house, and honestly, I'll never look at a home the same way again. Here are some of their best tips for avoiding a potentially frustrating purchase.
