If we want to be happy for the rest of our lives try spending less time on smart phones and unplug because it is dangerous .

There are multiple science-backed strategies we can adopt to reduce our screen time

    • Health problems

      Cell phones emit radio frequency (RF) radiation, which can raise body temperature and cause headaches. Some studies suggest that RF radiation could increase the risk of brain tumors and other health problems. 

    • Sleep disturbances

      Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) from phones can disrupt sleep patterns, especially for babies. 

    • Mental health

      Smartphones can impact mental health by providing constant entertainment, social interaction, and information. 

    • Social disconnection

      Phones can lead to social disconnection, which can affect relationships and social skills. 

    • Academic performance

      Phones can reduce focus and productivity, which can lead to a decline in academic performance. 

    • Vision problems

      Increased use of phones can cause vision problems, such as eye strain. 

    • Brain development

      Phone use can affect social and emotional regulation skills, and disrupt sleep. 

    • Cyberbullying

      Phones can increase the risk of cyberbullying and online predators. 

    Other potential dangers of smartphones include: 

    Distractions, Physical health issues, DNA damage, Oxidative stress, Immune dysfunction, Damaged reproduction, Hyperactivity, and Memory damage.
