October 12, Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr. will officially launch the 17th annual “Tour De Bronx,” the largest free cycling event in New York State.

Participants will have the opportunity to see Bronx historic districts, vibrant neighborhoods, beautiful waterfront and great greenways while enjoying a 40- or 25-mile bike ride.

Occupy Wall Street protesters to parade against ending millionaire tax. The Occupy Wall Street protesters are now calling their supporters to occupy main street and to get in the face of some of New York's richest tycoons.

The so called Millionaires March will take their parade to the homes or lobbies of five of NYC's wealthiest residents, including David Koch, Rupert Murdoch, Jamie Dimon and others.

In celebration of Columbus Day week, the 11th Annual Westchester Italian Film Festival begins on Friday at The Pelham Picture House. Five films will be shown during the festival, including Weddings and Other Disasters, Corpo Celeste, Happy Family, 20 Cigarettes and Love & Slaps. The festival will run through Monday, Oct. 17.

A festival pass is $40 to the general public and $30 for Picture House members. Individual tickets are $9 for general admission, $8 for seniors/students/children and $6 for members.

Paul Weds Again - The Rich Get Richer!

Sir Paul McCartney, co founder of The Beatles one of two surviving members of their music fortune has just married for the third time. His new bride is Nancy Shevell. The two were married during a small London ceremony, as hundreds of fans showered the newlyweds with cheers and flower petals after their modest civil ceremony at Old Marylebone Town Hall. This it Paul's third wedding.
