US Classroom Walkout

Today's school walkout is about telling lawmakers to do something because students will no longer stand in silence while people are gunned down in schools, churches, and on the street. Today, thousands will stand across this great nation and say enough, no more.

Last month a Trump supporter stormed into Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School with an AR-15-style rifle and killed 17 students and faculty members. Since then, Parkland, Florida, survivors and their allies have turned their grief into activism and advocacy. Part of the effort is this day's national school walkout.

As a dark cloud thickens over America's house, when will POTUS begin to tell it straight to the American people? Resigned, or fired. What is the real difference? Trump said he would only hire the best for the US.

There are too many reasons why there are so many exits in America's House that the front door of The White House may soon have to be replaced with a revolving door.

American Voters in Pennsylvania and Tennessee not only determine the outcome of two special elections today but if Democrats are able to flip any of many disappointed Trump supporters, it may be an ominous sign for The GOP.

A real stable genius would likely hire an educator who is all knowledgeable when it comes to academic matters, right? What is really going on with US Education? Perhaps the secretary and the boss think they're on a Fantasy Island https://youtu.be/lKtl_Q-kcWM TV Show.

Betsy DeVos on “60 Minutes” proves she’s a master of nothing https://www.salon.com/2018/03/12/betsy-devos-on-60-minutes-proves-shes-…

Who's Afraid of The NRA?

President Trump, after calling for raising the minimum legal age to purchase all guns to age 21 during a meeting with lawmakers on guns and school safety suggested that those who are staying silent on the topic are "afraid" to come up against the NRA. White House disputes claim that Trump "chickened out" on gun proposals over NRA pressure http://hill.cm/m8vyN7c

So why has POTUS made an about-face and backed off his call to raise the minimum age to purchase guns? Who's more talk and less action? Is it all about theatrics? http://abcn.ws/2t3sYqv

No Body Cares?

No life is free of hardship and folks know that all too well. But some know it more than others. The fabric of American life was almost torn apart in 1968. 2018 may test the world fabric as more nations follow the path to autocracy.

An autocracy allows supreme national power to one person, and their decisions are subject to neither external legal restraints nor regularized mechanisms of popular control. However, a nation divided against itself may make up which may no longer flourish.
