Another NBC-TV is under the microscope as the Bill Cosby trial begins today in a suburb of Philadelphia. Comedian Bill Cosby is inside a suburban Philadelphia courthouse for the start of his sexual assault trial.

As a former NBC News producer, I am someone who has not only met Cosby, but spent time interviewing him. Therefore, I am watching his trial with increased interest.

An old school buddy Dennis Thomson, has got to be one of my favorite childhood pals. He recently surprised me once again. This time with a ticket to a very special concert he had invited me to a half century ago and now wanted us attend the 50th Anniversary concert tour of a famous folk singer.
