News of the hack began trickling out in September, but the American government waited weeks to confirm the reports.

Only this month did it begin briefing members of Congress and the media. Officials say a Chinese hacking group dubbed Salt Typhoon compromised at least eight of America’s telecoms networks.

Co-Ops and Condominiums were once extremely popular, particularly with folks who wanted a home with less upkeep.

The problem is that many management companies have slowly built a horrible reputation over the years. The staff members have no education and prefer to lie and drink while their reputation precedes them. To add insult to injury, they are reportedly falling out of favor and value with buyers, and worse yet, as their association fees increase, demand isn’t keeping up.

A just-released United States Department of Justice report says Mount Vernon's policing practices violate the Constitution.

According to newly published reports, the U.S. Department of Justice found that the Mount Vernon Police Department routinely violates the constitutional rights of its residents, a result attributed to top-to-bottom dysfunction within the department.

DOJ says Mount Vernon police officers routinely use "unreasonable force" against arrestees and, until recently, regularly performed unjustified body cavity searches.

President Joe Biden commutes hundreds sentenced and pardons 39 people in biggest single-day act of clemency.

POTUS pardoned 39 people who were convicted of non-violent crimes and was commuting the sentences of 1,500 people on home confinement, who he said have "shown successful rehabilitation and have shown commitment to making their communities stronger and safer."

Observers, politicians, public servants and government officials expect that it is only the beginning of Pardon Palooza.
