The United Nations is supposed to promote global co-operation towards creating and maintaining a new world order. As leaders of the international community gathered in New York City to participate in their annual UN General Assembly, Secretary-General António Guterres tried to put a positive face on these disturbed times.
The reviews are in and some observers who are weighing in say it may have ended today with one speech, as #POTUS delivered a nondiplomatic message of gloom and doom.
