Following a semester-long course of study focusing on international human rights law, as well as Cambodian culture, law, and history, eight Fordham Law School students traveled to Cambodia to conduct fieldwork on the intersection between mental health and human rights in Cambodia.

Lehman College hosted the 18th Annual Bronx Parks Speak Up! -
Green Spaces for All Generations, with presentation from Bronx Parks Commissioner.

Also in attendance were were representatives from Energy Efficiency - IOBY
Harlem River Working Group - Friends of Pelham Park -Shape Up NY.

Organic Growing Techniques
Worm Bins Made Easy (composting)

Panel Discussion
Sustainable/Green Community Development

The attendees learned all about the resources for community groups, educational opportunities and volunteerism.

This is the anniversary of a tragic story, which ended many years later with a much worse tragedy. Back in 1993, 19 years ago. the World Trade Center bombing occurred on February 26, 1993, when a truck bomb was detonated below the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York City.
