Journalism Now More Than Ever

We The People may no longer be able to count on equal justice for all. Congress is not doing its job, and our system of checks and balances is slowly disappearing, so the news media must help sort out this mess.

Journalists give comfort to those afflicted by Fatcats who hide from the truth and it is up to the free press to expose any abuse.

Bully Pulpit

What could happen if an old, tired, washed-up amateur, a lazy bully and egotistical self-promoter were suddenly to be handed the keys to #TheWiteHouse along with the federal government of the #USA without a clue of what to do, and with no interest in finding out how to serve #WeThePeople of #America to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all?

Revolution

You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know that you can count me out
Don't you know it's gonna be
All right, all right, all right
You say you got a real solution
Well, you know
We'd all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Well, you know
We're doing what we can
But if you want money for people with minds that hate

Involuntary, unintentional or unconscious actions aren't Karma, because willing is an important factor in determining Karma.

All good and bad action constitutes Karma. In its ultimate sense, it means all moral and immoral choosing.

Any kind of intentional action whether mental, verbal, or physical can be regarded as Karma.

Karma covers all that is included in any phrases, thoughts, words, and deeds.

Avoid thieves, liars, slanderers, and malicious perverts.

#Russia, if you're listening, please instruct the 3 #Republican #Turncoats - #Donald #Mitch #Lindsey to immediately open the federal government. I think you will be rewarded mightily.

Who gets the credit after literally nothing was accomplished except that nearly one million Americans had to endure stress and hardship placed on them by a 72 year old toddler with a temper tantrum.

Reflecting on MLK Day

In honor of Martin Luther King Day, we want to express our gratitude for our community of thoughtful readers are supporters.

Dr. Martin Luther King believed in bridges, not walls and respected those who disagreed with him, while still taking a stand for nonviolence and racial justice. With the constant polarization in our nation today, his message is a great reminder to hope for something different and to speak out.

It is soon going to be East vs West Coast as New England Patriots battle Los Angeles Rams on February 2, 2019, at The Super Bowl.

Both playoff games went into overtime, but only one team will have played, not one, three, six but nine times.

Does the Brady Belichick tag team prove once again that all they need to continue #NFL dominance is the best Coach and Quarterback in the league and anyone, as well as everyone else, can become interchangeable?

Call it whatever you wish, but words and actions matter and #Trump is ripping the #USA apart, just like #Russia wants it.

A stalemate is a situation in the game where the player whose turn it is to move is not in check but has no move. a standoff is a deadlock between two equally matched opponents in a dispute or conflict.
