Edson Arantes do Nascimento, better known as Pelé, is a retired ⚽️ soccer Superstar. Widely regarded as the greatest football player of all time, he is among the most successful and popular sports figures of the 20th century.

He learned as a kid, with his father Dondinho, that football is an instrument for the greater good. He learned that lesson when his das saw him dribbling a weaker opponent without any need and said to always respect rivals. Pele took that for life, always using his talent for love and peace.

The NBA has launched a historic sports boycott that has spread with an emphasis on changes over national public safety reforms.

Trouble in Kenosha, Wisconsin began earlier this week when police shot Jacob Blake seven times in the back as the 29-year-old Black man tried to enter an SUV where his three children sat. Following nights of unrest, two people were killed and one was injured amid gunfire. Authorities arrested a 17-year-old white youth who has often praised police and charged him with homicide in what officials described as a vigilante act.

The New York Yankees are the All American baseball team based in The Bronx. They compete in Major League Baseball American League East division and are known as The Bronx Bombers.

The Bronx Bombers is a nickname used for the New York Yankees. It refers to the team’s ability to produce powerful hits, mainly home runs. Although not official, it is said that the nickname originated in July of 1936 by the New York World-Telegram.
