Why is it that a woman’s work is never done is and has long been a truthful and common phrase used for many generations?

An old adage says "a woman's work is never done." The phrase is just as true, if not more so, today as it was over 300 years ago when the phrase first came.

We Are What We Eat

I have been food-binging for months and it surely has been a non-stop meal feast but now it is time to return to a normal diet.

The gastrointestinal celebration started on Thanksgiving, then Christmas, followed by New Year and The Epiphany, then most recently my sweetheart’s birthday, and finally the Lunar New Year.

So, after celebrating with feasts from Thankssfovong to the Lunar New Year, may all of us be filled with health, and prosperity, as well as infused with determination, drive, compassion, and last but not least, let us take it easy on our digestive systems.

From the streets of Los Angeles to Minneapolis to Memphis, unlawful use of force by police ends in death, injury, and devastation.

As we’ve seen too many times, in the USA, sometimes police kill or seriously injure people during arrests fuelled by racism.

Rodney Glen King was an African American man who was a victim of police brutality. On March 3, 1991, he was beaten by Los Angeles Police Department officers during his arrest after a pursuit for driving while intoxicated

Does everybody make them and many then break them? A New Year's resolution is a tradition in the Eastern and Western World

Try it, anyone can do it. A person resolves to continue good practices, change an undesired trait or behavior, accomplish a personal goal, or otherwise improve their behavior at the beginning of a new year. These are ideas and I am considering all of them.
