Why does the Pope prefer the White Sox? Neither the Cubs nor the White Sox is consistently the "better" team; their quality fluctuates, but the White Sox have slightly more overall success in terms of World Series titles, while the Cubs have been more consistently good more recently. In any given year, the better team is determined by current performance, which varies, making it a subjective choice for fans to decide based on their loyalties.

THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS?

‪Charlie Kirk’s accused assassin is Tyler Robinson, the radical left? Here he is, the registered nonpartisan voter in a Halloween costume. He's 22, white, Mormon, a retired sheriff’s son & gun enthusiast who once wore a Trump costume. He confessed & surrendered, saying he personally disliked Kirk. After days of MAGA blaming ‘the left,’ this was a homegrown attack from their own community.‬
This passage is about the fragility of American culture, through a horrible act of personal or political violence. It's not just about the assassination of one man or two, because in Minnesota, Senator John Hoffman and former House Speaker Melissa Hortman were shot in their homes. This is about the moral atmosphere that allows such violence to continue. All violence begets violence. Kirk's death only adds salt to the wound from where our country is hemorrhaging.
