Actions always speak louder than words. This applies to everything from business to sports, and to politics.

Who is the loudmouth candidate that has been manipulating the media's attention with outrageous comments is now apparently feeling the burn?

Although he has yet to release his taxes, nor a series of plans and policies, but may be running out hot air.

With rare humility, Trump concedes he could come up short http://hosted2.ap.org/APDEFAULT/3d281c11a96b4ad082fe88aa0db04305/Articl…

The media bundle isn’t quite dead yet, but it is showing signs of weakness. Those around it are already agitating for change. A bundle is industry-speak for the way cable and film companies have gotten away with the packaging and selling huge blocks of cable channels and movies for decades.

On this date and back in in 1940, then Cuban cabinet member Dr. Oscar Bonachea spoke out against media bundling. The New York Times headline stated that Cuba Rejects Film Act Protest.

Still Falling...

On this date, three years ago today, and after a very long courtship, which took us to Florida and Shanghai to meet each other's family, we were finally wed. Mr. and Mrs. R/Y Soto are still falling in love.

Communication is a good test for long-lasting relationships and we are offering the following 3-hour long examination, which is in three stages, with loving breaks in between, if you know what we mean. Ready?

I:

1. Given the choice of anyone in the world, whom would we want as a guest?

2. Would we like to be famous? In what way?

What are those purple circles we see on athletes competing in the Olympics? It's Cupping, which pulls on skin to improve your blood flow. The possible placebo effect is said to be an ancient Chinese holistic treatment that works because I have had it done to me several times. The color varies on how much blood is absorbed by the skin. The bruise lasts for several days and it is not painful.
