The feedback we received has been extremely useful and has allowed us to prioritize the next set of features we are delivering on the www.doseofnews.com website.

For instance, many people pointed out the 'breaking news ticker' from the existing site as something that they'd like to see carried forward to the new responsive version. We heard you and we listened.

New York's Chinese and Korean communities together celebrated their favorite period of the lunar calendar, with a parade through the streets of Flushing in Queens.

This joyous and colorful and multicultural parade marked the Year of the Goat, Sheep, or Ram depending on your preference.

DANGEROUSLY COLD

New York City Emergency Management has issued a weather alert for dangerous cold temperatures for tonight, followed by a wintry mix of snow, sleet, freezing rain, and rain Saturday, 2/21 through Sunday 2/22.

Low temperatures tonight are forecast around 10 degrees and wind chills near 5 degrees. Saturday wind chills between 0 and 10 degrees can be expected. Light snow will begin late Saturday morning and continue throughout the day, becoming heavier ubtil 7:00 PM.

CRE NIGHTMARE

Several patients, including a couple who died have been infected with an antibiotic-resistant and a potentially killer Super-bug likely transmitted by contaminated medical instruments at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

Officials warn that nearly 200 patients may have been infected by the Super-bug known as Carbapenem-Resistant Enterobacteriaceae, or CRE.

Individuals may have been infected during complex endoscopic procedures at the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic and bile-duct problems between October 2014 and January 2015.

The overall weather pattern through the end of the week will continue to
be featured with a pronounced and anomalous upper level trough over the
eastern half of the country, and a big upper level ridge for the western
states. This will keep most of the West Coast, the Great Basin, and the
Desert Southwest warmer and drier than normal, and the central and eastern
parts of the U.S. much colder than normal.

With just one week to go before the Federal Communications Commission votes on Net Neutrality, cable companies are engaging in some last-ditch efforts to have FCC vote their way.

A key House subcommittee that deals with Internet issues is holding a hearing just one day before the FCC vote on the future for millions of people, who have been fighting for Net Neutrality. This is just another attempt to politicize a nonpartisan issue.

Tutor Perini has set up a conference call to discuss their fiscal results for 2014. Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC), will host a conference call at 2:00 PM Pacific Time on Thursday, February 26, 2015, to discuss the Company's fourth-quarter and fiscal 2014 results.

Speakers on the call from Tutor Perini will be Ronald Tutor, Chairman and CEO, and Michael Kershaw, Executive Vice President and CFO. The Company plans to distribute its earnings announcement the same day after the market close.
