A body of water can be an accumulation of water, generally on a planet's surface. The term most often refers to oceans, seas, and lakes, but it includes smaller pools of water such as ponds, wetlands, or more rarely, puddles. However, in NYC it can have an entirely eerie meaning.

Public safety officials are investigating the discovery of another body which has surfaced in local waters. Another corpse was found, this time in the Central Park reservoir on Tuesday afternoon, according to the New York Police Department.

My parents have passed away, but I am blessed and grateful that they brought me to this great country and allow me to live with a better levelof freedom and opportunity.

There are basic rules to help us live longer from my point of view.

Be Inquisitive:
Trying to learn something new every day can be problem-solving: digging into a book, scientific research or news articles or asking questions and actually listening to the answers requires cognitive muscles.

Eat Plants and Vegetables:
Replacing meats with fruits and vegetables can go a long way toward slashing calories in a more satisfying way to stay alive longer.

Keep A Positive Attitude:

As a young boy, I have fond memories of visiting the racetrack with my late dad Antonio and his youngest brother and my Godfather, Osvaldo. These two giants were men who I looked up to in more ways that one. They were also sports fans and racing aficionados.
