It was 11 years, 11 months, 11 hours 11 minutes, and 11 seconds ago when I started writing this daily blog, I am beginning to realize what it means to others.

For over a decade, #CityImages has surfaced critical insights. These days, we're at the vanguard of reporting on #MAGA Republican extremists — perhaps the most important issue facing our democracy today — as well as non-ethical politicians.

Please, remember that all the things that we say and do as well as the lives of the folks we touch are truly magical.

Let us use our voices and words. our hands to heal anyone who may be hurting. But keep in mind that we all have special abilities deep inside all of us and it is our responsibility to find it and share it.

If we are sincere in our beliefs and determined to become the best person we can be, all those we inspire will hopefully do the same and it will forever be a tribute to our way of life.

Be proud of who we are and focus on the greater good, while standing up for our civil, human, and legal rights.

I am very contented to see your progress

Thank you very much for your selfless guidance

What a wonderful and successful project you have done!

I want to raise a toast to this lucky date

As you rightly pointed out, the celebration time is the hour

Keep up the big work you do

How beautiful you look today

Did you make such a functional and cute project?

You have no idea of how much you are dear to me

No matter how much your proposal costs, I will buy it

IMAGINUS MEDIA

Media maestros are considered experts at editing, shooting, lighting, editing, graphics, and writing, in studio and field productions

I became the youngest news executive when NABET, a union of broadcast editors and technicians at NBC News, went on strike, and Univision made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

My entire career, I have recruited, trained, and promoted talented individuals to thrive in their careers that have become what are now the world's highest-rated media outlets.

Producers engage with news sources to get them to spill the beans, sing, or whatever term. The producer must never stage the news. Journalists should avoid rambling or sounding monotonous, and other issues derailing news gathering.

Time management makes presentations deadline-driven, and highly developed major market multimedia messages are also essential. Field producers are responsible for time sequences, video editing, and broadcast review to ensure output meets existing broadcast and performance requirements.

The job can be fun, but the dangers are many, including violence, natural disasters, or germs especially when traveling from sanitary and hygienic environments to post-traumatic situations like civil war, earthquakes, fires, accidents, mudslides, and hurricanes or when Tsunami corpses become safety hazards to the air and the drinking water,

A resourceful content producer can predict specific issues and move promptly to handle others, saving time. In this profession, the ability to think rapidly is critical. When it comes to filming, things may rapidly go wrong. In field production, time is money, and a producer who consistently maintains shows on a budget or under budget is more likely to be successful.

Been there, done that, and seen some unexpected consequences including situations where one set of outcomes becomes the opposite with the need to adjust.

The first words are the most difficult to write. The phrases drip with difficulty and they don’t seem to be the best ones, or in the wrong order. Yet few pauses to ask why writing is difficult, and why what we write may be bad. Hopefully, the suggestions recommended here provide reassurance. Yes, writing is not easy, but keeping things simple helps a lot. Similarly, heartening is the observe that most first drafts are second-rate, so becoming a skilled rewriter is the key to the information superhighway.

The following is an extensive overview of Roberto FE Soto's career and accomplishments in the media industry, his educational background, and his potential qualifications for a leadership role within communications academia. Soto's diverse experiences in media, education, and community development are apparent, showcasing a rich and multifaceted career path.

From his role as a trailblazing Latino network content producer to his proficiency in multilingual communication and leadership positions at various networks, Soto's career trajectory is marked by a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and excellence in communication.

The list of qualifications and expectations at the end appears to outline the comprehensive skills, experiences, and qualities expected or desired for a leadership role, possibly within a university setting related to journalism, media, or communication studies. These criteria encompass a broad spectrum of responsibilities, from scholarly activity and teaching to administrative leadership, strategic vision, fiscal planning, and community engagement.

Soto's qualifications outline a high-level, comprehensive set of expectations for an individual who would assume a leadership role in a media or journalism-related academic institution, with a strong emphasis on diversity, innovation, leadership, and educational excellence.

Roberto FE Soto is one of the first Latino network content producers who climbed the career ladder right through the headlines of American history and inspired many to speak up for themselves and work hard to fight for their place at the table.

Soto’s understanding of the media business and the fine arts, and his ability to support the artistic and pedagogic direction while balancing the financial exigencies of governmental, nonprofit, and commercial organizations are keys to his successful career.

From Cuba to the USA and Latin America, Asia, and Europe, Soto stood side-by-side with news anchors and correspondents to bring the world stories of history-in-the-making and smash the crossover news media records of the network news world.

His journey highlights the struggles of balancing authenticity with societal expectations, especially in professional media settings. A trailblazer in Latino representation on TV, Soto’s experiences are not just inspiring but also a call for greater acceptance and understanding of diverse identities and multicultural representations. As one of the first Hispanic news executives to serve in English and Spanish language primetime network news broadcasts, Roberto FE Soto blazed a trail of perseverance as he climbed the network ladder. His list of adventures included producing for T Brokaw, J Pauley, D Norville, and C Chung at NBC, M Bell at BBC, and J Ramos, and ME Salinas at Univision. Also I Peguero, B Rios, and M Santana at Telemundo; writing the first Draft of History including the WTC attacks on 9/11 for The Associated Press.

Soto is a multilingual marketing maestro, a Latino communicator, and an educator who carries a laptop while creating digital content. He accomplishes these goals by establishing media philosophies, branding, and designs. Soto’s track record is that of a seasoned and well-rounded leader with a strong understanding of full-scale public relations across languages and cultures throughout his career progression.

Professor Soto holds advanced degrees, lectures in colleges and universities, and successfully directed US higher education admissions and enrollment management services.

His parents' influence and support shaped his confidence. He feels at ease with media, perhaps because he moved to America at a younger age, growing up with it. Consequently, it comes naturally to him.
