The online organization was founded by Julian Assange in 2006. WikiLeaks specializes in the analysis and publication of large datasets of censored or otherwise restricted official materials involving war, spying, and corruption. It has so far published more than 10 million documents and associated analyses.

Now, The Associated Press has learned the release of private information has endangered many innocent individuals.

This practice must become a larger segment of news for all citizen journalists. And the problem is that many of them are not merely calling balls, swing, and miss strikes. They are spewing views and making it seem like its news.
