The gorgeous state of Hawaii is about to become the first of these great United State of America to actually ban plastic bags at checkouts in every one of their stores.

Scientific studies indicate that single-use plastic bags represent a huge threat to the environment. This threat is not only related to the sheer volume of them ending up as garbage floating in our waters.

This environmentally friendly bill makes Hawaii the only state where every county has this plastic bag legislation.
