FOOT MASSAGES

Submitted by ub on

Pamper yourself... Get a foot massage, or give one to your special love. Our feet work hard every day. Especially at this busy time of year for anyone who is shopping, family gatherings and school events. There is plenty of time spent on our feet.

Just like our neck, back, and shoulders, our feet can also benefit from a regular rubdown. Foot massage improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension, and often eases pain. It also gives a chance to check out our feet so we can get a jump on treating blisters, bunions, corns, and toenail problems.

The following are some of the things you may wish to stop and then start taking care of yourself.

WISH FOR HUMANITY

Submitted by ub on

Dear World-

If it isn't too late, let's hope and pray that all people will begin to speak kind words, to be committed to their family and friends, to use their hands for helping and not for hurting,

Let's make an effort to evolve into human beings who laugh with joy and delight and not mockery, who love unconditionally, and who do not resort to bullying others.

Our world faces a formidable hurdle if we want to restore a new and improved climate of trust, peace, goodwill, respect and equality towards all men, women, children and all living things.
