The Charlottesville Virginia deaths are an ugly reminder that America's racist past is still very much alive.

Guess Who's Coming to Dimmer?

Summer is ending. But his fun and the heat is not dimming. President @reaTrump says he's taking a break from a so called working golf vacation by returning home in an attempt to dim the tensions, which some say he's helped to create. This is the first time since his inauguration. Trump is at his private golf club in Bedminster, NJ, on a 17-day "Working Vacation" while the White House West Wing is being renovated. These fixes were previously approved by President Omaba.

War of Words

@POTUS escalation of dangerous words makes one think out loud, is The Donald paranoid because of The Russia investigation, his low approval ratings, or Pence's activities behind the scenes to eventually replace him?

Are these angry boys threatening each other in the political playground? When we brother and I pushed each other, my father used a warning rhyme in Spanish... Juego de manos, juego de villanos... Game of hands, game of villains. Could they be the brats who cried wolf?

President Trump's response to North Korea’s threats with incendiary rhetoric to a nuclear-armed lunatic creates a risk now that a political shoving match could lead to World War III.

Diminishing Presidency?

Are the presidency and its clout continuing to shrink as @POTUS credibility keeps taking constant hits?

The White House says the president did receive compliments from Boy Scout leaders and Mexico’s president but in person, not on the phone, as he contended. However, Mexico's president and Boy Scout toppers are pleading a different tale. Why does this matter? The leader of the free world should be free from telling tall tales.

First, the White House says one thing, then they wind up saying another. So what are Americans supposed to believe? This is the problem journalists face with reporting the facts. These are still changing as we write this.

Failure Facts

In a stinging and dramatic defeat and disastrous deflate to @POTUS President Donald Trump, GOP Senators failed to dismantle Obamacare, falling short on another campaign promise and ending a seven-year quest by their party to gut the health care law. They had no bill, no plan and therefore not enough support for a semi secret bill that was in a crafting process. A Whitehouse in chaos does not appear to be winning like Trump promised.
