Because Drago is a madman without conscience or mercy. Did the actor who played Ivan Vasilyevich Drago, a fictional Russian character from the Rocky film series.

Forbes Advisor conducted the analysis and ranked each state based on several factors, including rates of drug abuse, unhealthy lifestyle habits, and chronic disease.

Psychosis may occur as a result of a psychiatric illness like schizophrenia. In other instances, it may be caused by a health condition, or medications.

It is additional evidence that humans in power will do whatever they can to negate anything threatening their staying in control. Dictators do this, and wannabe dictators, of which there seem to be more every decade, quickly adopt the posture.
