I was driving the speed limit along shore read and saw two stupid idiots speeding past me along a curve and not following the solid line rule of law. Don't they know that aggressive driving accounts for more than half of all traffic fatalities?

A City Island, NYC condominium complex is finally being completed on 5 waterfront acres at the end of Fordham street along the sound. The project features an open air public promenade, which will be open from sunrise to sunset.

The NYC Parks Department has already inspected the space and may soon issue a certificate of occupancy. Our esplanade has a long, winding pathway of stones along the water, leading to an open area where the public may walk, sit and enjoy the fresh air coming is from Long Island Sound.
