Eruptive phenomena, in particular lava flows and paroxysmal explosions, can destabilize the slope of the Sciara del Fuoco, causing landslides that affect both the surfaced and submerged parts of the structure. The landslides can also trigger tsunamis that affect the island's coasts, Panarea, and possibly other Aeolian islands, Calabria, and explosions can create risky conditions in the upper part of the mountain and, to a lesser degree, inhabited areas. It's worth noting that the island has two inhabited centers, Stromboli and Ginostra, situated in the north-eastern and south-western regions, respectively.

It used to be that the "Greatest Generation" were Americans born between approximately 1901 and 1924, who came of age during the Great Depression and World War II. Embracing our lifestyle, setting boundaries, pursuing passions, seeking solitude, expressing feelings, prioritizing health, and being unapologetically ourselves are all elements that contribute to our authenticity and self-respect.

It is about living a life that feels true to who we are, not just existing, but truly living without the burden of unwarranted apologies.

Remember, every stage of life has its own beauty and challenges. So let’s honor our journey and celebrate our wisdom without any apologies.

It’s not just about growing old, but also grow whole. And there’s absolutely nothing to apologize for about that.

Leaving Mi Ami, Mi old friend. Miami’s proximity to the tropics can make it feel boiling hot, especially for those not accustomed to the high humidity levels. Miami’s strong summer sun paired with the humidity can send temperatures over 110 on the hottest afternoons of the year. I spent years living on the East Coast the Midwest, and West Coast before realizing my ideal home is in
City Island - A Slice of NYC Paradise.

I remember when America regularly tuned in on TV once a week to laugh with Lucy. I have non-stop live Yirong and cannot get enough.

My mother used to say - Your father loves me and Angele Landsburry. I love Lucille Ball and my wife.. Many years later, from the moment I admired watching and listening to her playing music on Broadway until today, I have been blessed every day. Here she is after teaching my daughter and granddaughter the art of homemade dumplings.
