We're stepping outside of our usual monthly format for a little summer fun. Join us for free beer (Yuengling and Bud Light) and great company at our summer happy hour. The festivities will take place at 121 Fulton Street, a gastropub in the Financial District. It's located between between Nassau and Dutch Street (on Fulton, of course).

On Friday 7/27 NYPD executed a search warrant at 480 Minneford Ave. for Drug Sales.

Also on Friday they conducted a motorcycle checkpoint at the bridge and confiscated eight (8) motorcycles and arrested three (3) individuals. Two of the individuals who were arrested fled the checkpoint and were apprehended after a search in the vicinity of King St. and Terrace St.

For July there have been a total of 10 arrests on City Island:

Reckless Endangerment -- 2
DWI --1
Criminal Mischief -- 1
Violate Order of Protection -- 1
Criminal Possession of a Weapon --1
